Pollution Control Unit

The CaptiveAire Pollution Control Unit, PCU Series, is designed specifically for the removal of grease particles and abatement of smoke from the air stream of commercial kitchen exhaust systems.

Baffle Type Grease Filter

CaptiveAire offers Kleen-Gard® Baffle Type Grease Filters to be used with Type I hoods. The self-draining filters are constructed of stainless steel. The standard baffle filters is designed for light duty grease applications.

CaptiveAire’s Captrate© Solo Filter is a single-stage filter featuring a unique S-Baffle design in conjunction with a slotted rear baffle design to deliver exceptional filtration efficiency of single-stage devices.

DI-PSP/DI-FUSE/DI-RETURN

The DI-PSP offers an innovative solution to deliver replacement air in the vicinity of the exhaust hood without affecting capture and containment. The double layer of perforated metal of the DI-PSP ensures a laminar air discharge pattern.

ND-2WI Exhaust Only Hood

The ND-2WI Series is a Type I, Single Island Hood for use over 450°F, 600°F and 700°F cooking surface temperatures. Single island hoods are used over cooking equipment where no walls exist or for display cooking.

NDI Series Exhaust Only Hood

The NDI Series is a Type I, Double Island V-Bank Hood for use over 400°F, 600°F and 700°F cooking surface temperatures. Double island hoods are used over cooking equipment where no walls exist or for display cooking.

VHB Series Exhaust Only Hood

The VHB Series is CaptiveAire’s Premier Type II, Exhaust Only hood to be used over equipment not producing grease laden vapors. Type II hoods are used for condensation or heat removal applications.
